10. Hibana – Fire Force

Captain of the Special Fire Force Company 5, Princess Hibana is a tall and strikingly beautiful third-generation pyrokinetic. Her haughty and prideful personality driven by a desire for power and control makes her an appealing character to the fandom.

The flames created by her ignition ability “Clematis” are powerful enough to destroy multiple Infernal cores with ease. Hibana’s intelligence and offensive strength allow her to control the surrounding temperature, eventually neutralizing her opponent’s attacks. 

9. Ghislaine Dedoldia – Mushoku Tensei

Ghislaine is one of the strongest black anime characters having rippling muscles and scars all over her body. Build like a female Amazon warrior, she’s a talented swordsman from the beast race and is one of the few people to become a Sword King.

Being a member of the beast race, Ghislaine has enhanced senses which help her in detecting potential near threats. She is also an elementary-ranked fire magician and possesses a Demon Eye that allows her to see the flow of mana during a battle. 

8. EMIYA (Archer) – Fate

EMIYA is an alternate version of Shirou Emiya from a possible future in which he formed a contract with the World that allowed him to become a Heroic Spirit. EMIYA is not a proper Heroic Spirit in the sense of other heroes however, he serves as Archer in the fifth Holy Grail War.

Archer’s strength does not come from talent, but from single-mindedly refining the little he had. He does not possess a Noble Phantasm of his own, but thanks to his “Reality Marble”, he can basically copy any Noble Phantasm he has seen.

7. Yoruichi Shihouin – Bleach

Bleach has an abundance of powerful and beautiful feminine characters but, Yoruichi Shihouin is the strongest among all. Born in a noble family, Yoruichi was the first woman in her family to be the head of the house and was considered a fierce Gotei 13 captain.

She is one of the most proficient Hohō masters ever in all of Soul Society, earning her the title of “Flash Goddess”. As former commander-in-chief of the Onmitsukidō, Yoruichi is also an accomplished hand-to-hand combatant and can take groups of enemies in the blink of an eye.

6. Mirko – My Hero Academia

Rumi Usagiyama, popularly called “Mirko the Rabbit Hero”, is the No. 5 Pro Hero known for her muscular body and bold personality. Her Quirk gives her the attributes and abilities of a rabbit granting her incredible leg strength to jump and kick with extreme force.

In conjunction with her level of physical strength, Mirko possesses an equally impressive amount of speed. She also has excellent hearing thanks to her rabbit-like ears and is more powerful than most other Pro Heroes making her a valuable asset to the hero society.

5. Scar – Fullmetal Alchemist

One of the most powerful black anime characters, Scar is a cold-blooded serial killer and vigilante. As a former warrior monk of Ishval, Scar is extremely adept at hand-to-hand combat, boasting remarkable strength, stamina, agility, and reflexes.

Scar’s killing spree throughout Amestris itself is proof of his skills, as he manages to murder ten State Alchemists and can hold his own against the Elric brothers and Alex Armstrong. To top it off, his most dangerous element is his right arm which he uses as his murder weapon of choice.

4. Enrico Pucci – JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure

Enrico Pucci serves as the main antagonist of Stone Ocean who wields three Stands throughout the story – Whitesnake, C-MOON, and Made in Heaven. Using his Stands, he wishes to accomplish a prophecy that will create “Heaven” and achieve the ultimate happiness by DIO.

Whitesnake is Pucci’s basic Stand, with which he can steal away the memories and the Stand of one person in the form of compact discs. C-MOON allows him to manipulate gravity and his supreme Stand, Made in Heaven could make time in the entire universe accelerate.

3. Killer B – Naruto

Aspiring rapper, Killer B is one of the few individuals to achieve complete control of his tailed beast. As a jinchūriki and having long since mastered his unique powers, Killer B is an extremely powerful shinobi boasting a large quantity of strong chakra and stamina.

Even Minato acknowledged that Killer B was a ninja with great power rather than simply a jinchūriki. Killer B is confident in his abilities and strength to the point of holding his own against Kisame, Sasuke and later two-tailed beasts during the Fourth Shinobi World War.

2. Afro – Afro Samurai

Regarded as one of the most iconic black anime characters, Afro is an incredibly talented swordsman skilled enough to deflect crossbow bolts and shatter bullets. He can even use his subconscious mind to create completely new combat techniques in the middle of battle.

Being quite cold and aloof, Afro is ruthless in battle and is considered a monster because of it. He’s taken out thugs and warriors with relative ease, killing many in his pursuit of the number one headband and the ultimate goal of avenging his father.

1. Blackbeard – One Piece

Marshall D. Teach, most commonly referred to by his epithet “Blackbeard”, is the only known person in history to wield the powers of two Devil Fruits. The power he beholds allows him to cause earthquakes (Gura Gura no Mi) and manipulate darkness (Yami Yami no Mi).

Blackbeard is arguably the strongest darkness user in anime and can nullify an opponent’s Devil Fruit ability just by touching them. Even though the full extent of his powers is yet to be found out, he poses a serious threat to both World Government and pirates alike.
