One Piece Film Red Trailer Released: Finally Shanks Will Move Next Year!
One Piece Episode 1000 is on its way this Sunday and fans are eagerly waiting for the remarkable episode. With the new episode in production, Eiichiro Oda confirmed another shocking news to the fans, a new One Piece film.
In a recent event held by the staff of Toei Animation, the creator of One Piece, Eiichiro Oda and other staff members from the production took part. And, in the same event, Oda shared this news with the fans that a new movie titled “One Piece Film: RED” will premiere next year on August 6, 2022.
The upcoming One Piece film will be directed by Goro Taniguchi and the script will be written by Kuroiwa Tsutomu. Meanwhile, Eiichiro Oda will supervise the work in his own presence. A logo was also released for the film and looking at the logo it seems like the One Piece Film: RED will be about ‘Red Hair’ Shanks.
In addition to the announcement of the new film, Oda issued a statement as well to commemorate this good news and thanked the director & staff production for being with him from the very start of the series. A new trailer was also released by the production.
Here’s what Oda’s message says-
“We are making a movie!! RED!! I’m tired of drawing legendary geezers in movies! So give me a break lol! That’s how it started, and we arrived at the character for this movie. Did you know that Mr. Goro Taniguchi despite being distant from One Piece is the first person to ever animate Luffy?
We’ve got many surprises in store for you! So please, look forward to The New “RED” and let your imagination run free!”
More information related to the One Piece Film: RED will be shared with the fans soon but as of now it’s confirmed that ‘Red Hair’ Shanks will finally make a move.
