MAPPA To Animate Hell’s Paradise Anime! New Teaser And Key Visual Released
After a long wait of almost one year, the manga readers will finally be relieved as just a moment ago the makers of the popular shōnen manga series Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku released the key visual and a teaser of the upcoming anime television series. Furthermore, well-known production house Studio MAPPA is animating the Hell’s Paradise anime.
Lately, in January 2021, after the serialization of three years, Hell’s Paradise manga concluded in the Weekly Shonen Jump. The final chapter included the author’s comment which confirmed the TV anime adaptation of Hell’s Paradise. Yuji Kaku thanked the audience for loving the show and shared this news with the fans.
Since then fans were waiting for official production details about the anime and the makers chose a very right platform like JUMP Festa 2022 to announce the Hell’s Paradise teaser. Check out the teaser below.

Studio MAPPA will be in charge of the animation production of Hell’s Paradise. Kaori Makita will be the director of Jigokuraku anime meanwhile, Akira Kaneda will work on the storyboard of the series. Here, is the full list of the production staff:-

As for the Hell’s Paradise voice actors, the MAPPA hasn’t revealed the cast during the JUMP stage and sadly, we have to wait until the production gives us the complete list of voice acting cast of Jigokuraku anime.
Synopsis
Hell’s Paradise is a horror-adventure fantasy shōnen manga written & illustrated by Yuji Kaku. Set in the Edo period of Japan, the series follows the journey of an extremely powerful and ruthless ninja assassin, Gabimaru.
After being betrayed by his comrades during a mission, Gabimaru is sentenced to be executed. But, due to his immense strength and unwavering willpower, no one succeeds in executing him.
Seeing his absolute steadiness, the Shogun of his village comes up with a plan and sends him on a mission to recover an elixir that grants immortality to the user and in return, Gabimaru is promised to be released after the success of the mission.
For this purpose, Gabimaru, along with the executioner Yamada Asaemon Sagiri, is sent to a mysterious island called ‘Hell’s Paradise’ where heaven and hell are just a hair’s breadth away.
Further details about the production and episodes count of Hell’s Paradise anime will be released at a later date. But, for now, fans will be more than happy to hear such big news.
