Jujutsu Kaisen Movie Coming Soon To Indian Theatres
After a successful run in the Japanese theatres, Gege Akutami’s manga-based film “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” is all set to release in the Indian theatres very soon. PVR Cinemas made it official that they’re going to release the Jujutsu Kaisen movie in India on the IMAX screens in the upcoming days.
On Sunday, the official Twitter handle of PVR Cinemas confirmed that the Jujutsu Kaisen movie will be released on the big screens for the enthusiastic anime fans in India. The company released a list of its upcoming IMAX releases which included “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” as well. Check out the official tweet below.
As of writing this article, there have been no specific dates confirmed yet for the release of the Jujutsu Kaisen movie in India. However, it will also be revealed soon considering the popularity and craze of the anime in the Indian audience. But, surely it will not take more than a month for the film to be on the big screen.
The film is based on the manga series ‘Jujutsu Kaisen 0’ written & illustrated by Gege Akutami. In the movie, Megumi Ogata is voicing the lead role of Yuta Okkotsu. The supporting cast includes Kana Hanazawa (Rika), Mikako Komatsu (Maki), Kōki Uchiyama (Inumaki), Tomokazu Seki (Panda), Yūichi Nakamura (Gojo) and Takahiro Sakurai (Geto).
Jujutsu Kaisen 0 premiered theatrically in Japanese theatres on December 24, 2021. The film turned out to be a big hit as it grossed a whopping 1 billion yen on its first day of release. Additionally, the movie is all set to release in other international countries in a few days.
