The name of the love hotel in the anime is Hotel 00 so tried searching in maps and found it. It appears to be an actual love hotel with prices marked outside which is typical for these establishments. Maybe someone will cosplay as Gojou-kun & Marin and replicate the scenes from episode 11 using room 303.
Location: North of Urawa Station.
If you plan to visit this place, please be considerate & mindful of locals & clientele. Avoid visiting late afternoon & at night for obvious reasons.
