The Crunchyroll Anime Awards is one of the biggest annual events for anime enthusiasts all over the globe. For the last seven years, as one of the leading brands in the anime industry, Crunchyroll is celebrating the best of the best in the industry and honoring them for their tremendous work in the past year. And, this year’s winners list for Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2023 is also out!

The seventh annual event featured numerous categories, each one highlighting a particular aspect of anime excellence, including the Best Director, Best Fantasy, Best Main Character, and Best Opening Sequence. The nominees in each category were selected by judges and later, fans voted across all categories to decide the winner.

Demon Slayer: Entertainment District Arc was nominated in eleven different categories and ultimately took home five awards. Meanwhile, Attack On Titan won six awards in different categories. But, surprisingly, Netflix’s “Cyberpunk Edgerunners” went on to grab the best anime of the year award at Crunchyroll Awards 2023.
