Breaking Bad Fans Review Bombing Attack On Titan With 1-Star Ratings

Attack On Titan is one of the best TV series, not only in the anime industry but other entertainment sectors as well. The review ratings of the series are also pretty high on IMDb as compared to other famously known shows. But, some people seem to be unhappy with the growing popularity of the series.

Not a day has properly passed since the Attack On Titan Episode 78 became the top-rated episode on IMDb with a perfect score of 10/10. But, getting jealous of this a few fans of the popular AMC series, Breaking Bad started giving negative 1-star reviews to the series.

Actually, before the release of Attack On Titan new episode titled ‘Two Brothers’, Breaking Bad’s Season 5 Episode 14 titled ‘Ozymandias’ was the top-rated TV episode on IMDb with over 150,000 votes and an average user rating of 10/10. But, after the new episode of AOT premiered things got a little heated up.

In just 24 hours, Episode 78 climbed to the 2nd spot and received a user rating of 10 by almost 90% of the audience. Over 20,000 people gave a score of 10 on IMDb and praised the work of Studio MAPPA. Seeing this rapid progress, Breaking Bad fans started review bombing episodes of AOT that were featured in the top 10.

The review section of Attack On Titan got flooded by 1-star ratings and almost 2000 people voted against it. As a result, the perfect ratings of AOT Episode 78 went down overnight and average user ratings reached 9.9/10. It also saw a large deflection in its ranking as well, falling from 2nd spot to 14th in the top-rated TV episodes category.

Even, the Attack On Titan fans didn’t back off from this controversy and they contributed in review bombing Breaking Bad episodes as well. However, other TV shows like Game of Thrones & Chernobyl got benefitted from this clash and saw a surge in their IMDb rankings.

A few days ago, the fans of One Piece & Attack On Titan were fighting over IMDb ratings and now the same thing happened again. So, it’s nothing new for the anime fans and this is getting worse every day. But, for AOT fans everything is a matter of pride and just like Eren their only option is “TATAKAE”.
