Chainsaw Man Part 2 Returns With A New Female Antagonist Alias “War Devil”
Chainsaw Man Part 2 has started serialization on Shueisha’s Jump+ app with the release of Chapter 98. The new chapter by Tatsuki Fujimoto is officially out now and it has already started trending on social media platforms. Newly released manga chapter has introduced some new characters in the series out of which one is going to be the enemy of Denji in the future.
Chainsaw Man chapter 98 opened with a classroom scene where the teacher was introducing a headless chicken devil named “Bucky” to the class. He explained that Bucky will live for 100 days and at the end of his tenure one of the students has to kill him, however, as the time passes everyone gets attached to Bucky and they decide not to execute him.
However, one of the girls named Asa Mitaka accidentally kills Bucky which creates a tense environment around her. Everyone in the class starts hating Mitaka and just like always she begins to distance herself from others. But, on a contrary day, the class president visits Mitaka in hospital and explains how disgusting she feels about being around her.
The class president reveals that she made a deal with the Justice Devil and tries to take the life of Mitaka. As a matter of fact, Mitaka also makes a deal with a devil and transforms into “War Devil”, she unleashes her Tanaka spinal cord sword and finally settles score with Justice Devil. At the end of the chapter, Mitaka is seen babbling about Chainsaw Man and now he’s going after him.

Chainsaw Man Part 2 started its serialization on Shueisha’s Jump+ app with the release of Chapter 98. After that, the manga will follow a weekly release schedule on the platform.
