Fire Force Season 3 In Production Official Announcement Soon!
The long-awaited third anime television series of Fire Force anime is reportedly getting an official announcement very soon as the news about Fire Force Season 3 is surfacing on social media platforms. This news has come as a relief for the fans of the series as just a couple of months ago the original manga series finished its serialization.
On Friday, several trusted Twitter accounts started tweeting about the possible announcement of the Fire Force Season 3. The news came from a reliable leaker on the microblogging platform, Weibo who confirmed that the third season of Fire Force anime is in production and an official announcement will be made soon.
The news surrounding the upcoming season of Fire Force is going viral on the internet and fans are too much excited for this much-awaited season. However, the animation studio of the series, David Production hasn’t clarified the situation yet, nor has any of the associated partners commented on the leak.
So, fans have to wait a bit further to hear an official announcement about Fire Force Season 3 from the makers but, it’s for sure that the anime series will be renewed for another season one more time. The popularity of the Fire Force franchise is pretty impressive in the anime community, and makers can’t go unnoticed about this fact.
Although there is no confirmation about the third season of Fire Force, we can pretty much assume that Fire Force Season 3 will most likely release in 2023. If everything goes well, then it could be either Spring 2023 or Fall 2023. Until then, you can enjoy reading the manga counterpart of the series as it has also been concluded with a surprising revelation by the author which states that Fire Force is a prequel to Soul Eater.
Written & illustrated by Atsushi Ōkubo, Fire Force has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine since September 2015. As of June 2021, the manga sold over 16 million copies worldwide. In 2019, the manga received an anime television series adaptation by David Production. A second season aired from July 2020 to December 2020.
However, after the premiere of the second season, there was no update from the production staff about the expected Fire Force Season 3. And, now as the manga has been officially concluded with the release of Fire Force Volume 34, the makers of the series are gearing up for one more time.
