Man Killed His Parents As They Interrupted Him Watching Anime
A tragic incident happened in Japan a few days ago that shooked the entire Japanese community especially the anime fans.
Earlier this month, a 59-year-old man Junji Matsumoto, having no known job, was arrested by the police after he was found to be guilty of murdering his old parents.
The matter came into public attention after the police found the dead bodies of his parents lying in the refrigerator of their home. The cops arrested Matsumoto right away at the crime scene and sent him to custody for further investigation.
After interrogation, Matsumoto revealed that he killed his parents because they always interrupted him whenever he tried to watch an anime. So, it was anime that motivated this kind of act.
“Every time my parents asked me to care for them, I had to interrupt the anime I was watching. I couldn’t stand it anymore”, he admitted.
Junji Matsumoto was a jobless person who lived in a small house with his 90-year old parents while taking care of them as they were ill-health.
Officials stated this incident as an act of ‘mental illness’ and are working on this case further.
