After finishing their meal, Atlas leaves Luffy’s group, and Luffy finds a machine allowing his group to change their clothes. However, when a Pacifista resembling Bartholomew Kuma shows up, Bonney prevents Luffy from attacking, confirming to the others that Kuma is her father due to him being her only family.
Meanwhile, the Blackbeard Pirates attack the Heart Pirates to obtain the Road Poneglyph etchings the Heart Pirates have. During the attack, the officers that Blackbeard brought with him are revealed to now have Devil Fruit powers. After landing on a nearby island, Law prepares to face Blackbeard with the etchings as the prize.

According to the early leaks, One Piece chapter 1064 is titled “Egghead Lab Phase” and it highlights the battle between Law and Blackbeard. Law uses “amputate” to tackle Blackbeard but he easily counters it. While the two are engaged in a fight, Pudding is seen as a hostage on the ship of Blackbeard and has awakened her 3rd eye. She confirms that former Yonko, Big Mom is dead.
The fight between the Blackbeard pirates and Heart Pirates continues and somehow Akainu gets the news of their fight on “Winner Island”. Meanwhile, on Egghead island Bonney’s rage changed the age of the group of 4. She says Kuma was sentenced to life in prison back then and claims that Kuma belongs to a special race. Zoro’s group can be seen in the chapter and they’ll have got new clothes except for Zoro and Brook.
Shiryu of the Rain also made his appearance in chapter 1064 and he seems to be invisible. At the end of the chapter, Shaka talks to Dragon and says, “He (Vegapunk) will die soon”. There is a break next week.

One Piece Chapter 1064 is scheduled to release on Sunday, October 23rd. The release date can vary for some international readers due to differences in time zone but, it will be either the previous day or the next day of its initial release.
