Percentage-wise, Boruto and Sailor Moon are the top two anime series having the most number of non-canon episodes. 75% of Boruto’s episodes are filler meanwhile, 49% episodes of Sailor Moon are the ones which you can skip. One Piece is quite commendable in this list with only 9% of its episodes being filler even though it has over 1000 episodes.
