The first thing that comes to mind after hearing the word children is – cute and adorable, but don’t ever think of these deadliest anime children to be your playtime friends as their brutal actions don’t match their lovable looks.

Anime never shies away from blessing young kids with extraordinary powers and equally impressive abilities as that of an adult. And, there is no shortage of powerful children in the world of anime. But, sometimes these little young ones let power go to their heads causing it deadliest to others. Many of these kids are dangerous serial killers, while some know to play manipulative games.

And, in today’s article, we’ll take a look at some of these deadliest anime children who easily hold their own against adults. No matter what the reason for their brutality, adults are better off staying far away from these anime kids. So, without any further ado let’s get started.

10. Killua Zoldyck – Hunter × Hunter

Killua Zoldyck played an important role throughout the series of Hunter x Hunter. He was introduced as a character who appeared to be similar to Gon; cheeky, cheerful, and full of mischievous ideas. Although, he seems to be a bit rude & aggressive towards others, but Killua can actually be an affectionate, fun-loving kid.

But, what makes him deadliest is his family background because he belongs to a family of trained assassins, the Zoldycks. Killua is just a 12-year-old boy but he didn’t shy to murder anyone who crosses him in the bloodiest ways imaginable. This kid possesses sharp intellect & exceptional analytical skills and was the most talented assassin in the entire history of the Zoldycks.

9. Kira Kousuke – Btoom!

Kira Kosuke is the oldest kid on this list still, he’s only a 14-year-old boy. But regardless of it, he’s a very deadliest anime children when equipped with BIM explosives! Pair that up with his terrible childhood trauma and a warped personality and you’ll get to know a sadistic kid left on a loose creating massacre on the battlefield of a real-life game, Btooom!

Kousuke was a victim of domestic and sexual violence by his father. He ran away from home multiple times and resorted to pickpocketing on the streets. This escalated and he began to commit more serious crimes, which included murdering and, afterwards, raping three women. His apathetic nature and heinous acts are just more than enough to describe how deadly he can be.

8. Gaara – Naruto

Gaara is currently the Kazekage of the Sand Village and is a very competent ninja. But, he wasn’t like that from the start. Just like Naruto, he arrived in the world with a Tailed Beast sealed into his body. While this chakra monster granted him incredible abilities, as a child it made him into something of a monster himself. By the age of 12, violence was all he cared about.

When his powers got out of control, Gaara started murdering random villagers forcing his own father to assassinate him. However, after fighting Naruto in Chunin Exam Arc, Gaara put aside his murderous behaviour and used his abilities more constructively. Even though, the fact cannot be changed that he was entirely capable of killing innocent people for most of his childhood.

7. Reisuke Houjou – Future Diary

Reisuke is actually just a child in all aspects ranging from his smile to his behaviour – no matter how you look at it, he’s just an ordinary little kid. But, his looks are just for covering his evil side. He is one of the deadliest anime children, and also a smart kid who knows a lot about science. His methods far surpass what’s possible for most kindergartners, making use of complex chemistry, physics, and social manipulation.

As the youngest player (just 5 years old) of a fatal survival game which stakes the title of god of space and time, Reisuke breezes in as Top 7 of this list with his disturbing killer antics formulated with an innocent smile on his face. Like everyone else, he only desires to win and that means to win in any circumstances even if he has to become cold-blooded.

6. Gabi Braun – Attack On Titan

Gabi is only 12 years old but is a very brave and skilled warrior of the Marley Army and is supposed to be the next inheritor of Armored Titan. She even passed the hellish training of Marley with great numbers. Gabi’s character is indeed well-written but for Attack On Titan fans, she is now the most hated anime character.

5. Pride – Fullmetal Alchemist

Pride is one of the deadliest anime children you can ever encounter. Although he inhabits the body of a child named Selim Bradley, Pride is actually the oldest & strongest Homunculus created by Father. He appears to be a sweet, polite little boy who shows respect for his elders but inevitably, he is a danger alert.

All of his generous act vanishes in the air when he takes the form of monstrous Pride, a living shadow with rows of sharp teeth. Just like his name, he sees himself as superior to humans and torturing & enslaving them is a part of his own amusement. The more innocent his child form looks, the more amoral Pride is in real and he inexplicably enjoys his life as a kid.

4. Hibana Daida – Deadman Wonderland

The cruel prison of Deadman Wonderland is filled with many high-profile criminals who’re dangerous in their own way, especially the pretty young girl named Hibana Daida. At the mere age of seven, this girl survived the prison’s brutal reform program and was ranked as one of the worst & most savage inmates, giving her the title of “Undertaker”.

When Hibana was in kindergarten, a mischievous classmate just flipped her skirt. Can you guess what she did? Instead of complaining to the teacher, Hibana not just brutally murdered that student but, also everyone else in her class. She also tortured and killed her abusive mother in retaliation for the pain she endured at her hands. In Hibana’s eye, it was an appropriate punishment.

3. Sachiko Shinozaki – Corpse Party

The horror world of Corpse Party is the home to some violent dead souls, and its main protagonist Sachiko Shinozaki is one of them. She can easily creep you out with her horrifying appearance and without any doubt, she’s terrifying. In an incident at age seven, Sachiko was murdered by the principal of her school after she witnessed him attempting to sexually assault her mother.

The gruesome circumstances of Sachiko’s death turned her into an acrimonious ghost. This behaviour reflects in her way of killing as well in which her vengeance takes the form of infiltrating people’s dreams and destroying their brains until they become mindless puppets who are no truly longer human. Only the craziest mind like Sachiko is capable enough to do something like that.

2. Johan Liebert – Monster

Johan Liebert is arguably the best villain in anime history and no one can replace him in any terms. With just his incredible intellect Johan was able to wreak havoc and terrorize an entire city’s population. His paradox and strange charisma are due to the terrifying childhood he went through that involved being the subject of a Nazi-Esque eugenics experiment.

At the age of less than 10, Johan became both too intelligent and too traumatized to play by the rules of normal civilization. He killed his own adoptive parents and manipulated his sister into shooting him to throw off potential investigators. To escape an orphanage, he caused a deadly dispute between the staff & the children, and then burnt the place down. Johan was nothing like a normal kid from the very beginning.

1. Mariko Kurama – Elfen Lied

Elfen Lied is one heck of a series that doesn’t disappoint when it comes to giving headaches and constant ringing in your head. And, one insane character who belongs to this freakish series is Mariko Kurama. She’s one of the most dangerous Diclonius shown in the series who endured a series of traumatic experiments and complete isolation at the age of five.

This torcher made her completely insensitive to the suffering of others and as a result of which she started murdering any human being who tried to approach her. Despite her childish looks, she pops out someone else’s limbs for fun using her telekinetic arms. Combining all that with her forbidding nature, her existence is a serious threat to humanity.
