But, in this humongous catalogue of manga have you ever wondered which one is the top manga of all time?

MyAnimeList (MAL) is an anime & manga social cataloguing application website run by volunteers to provide its users with a list-like system of top manga and anime in different categories. As, MAL is the most reputed site for the ranking system, so we’re using their list to demonstrate this article.

The series is about the adventures and fun part of scuba diving. It follows the story of Iori Kitahara who looks forward to starting his new college life at his uncle’s place. 2. JoJo Part 7 (9.25)

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is an iconic manga written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. In the long list of JoJo’s manga collection, Part 7 which is titled ‘Steel Ball Run’ is considered to be the best story arc of the series and is voted as the top manga of all time by the MAL users.

Set in 1890, Steel Ball Run stars Johnny Joestar, a paraplegic former jockey who desires to regain the use of his legs back, and Gyro Zeppeli, a disgraced former executioner who seeks to win amnesty for a child on death row. They both, along with thousands of others, participate in a big racing event to win the grand prize of $50 million.

The prize money is big and so is the level of competition that makes this part more interesting than other JoJo story arcs.

The story of Berserk is a little bit complex taking readers through its protagonists’ entire life and diving deep into his mind to look out for the real world sufferings. That’s the essence of Berserk which makes it special.

Berserk follows the story of a former mercenary Guts who goes through a very traumatizing childhood. After meeting a person he can truly admire and respect, he gets betrayed by the same person for fulfilling his own desires.

This marks a deep impact on Guts life and he sets on a mission to take revenge besides, killing the relentless demonic beings that come in his path. Due to the unfortunate death of the creator, the manga will never be completed but it will live long in people’s hearts.
