He offers him an opportunity to change his life but for that Arata has to go through an experiment.

Ikebukuro West Gate Park is series of urban mystery novels written by Ira Ishida. It was adapted into an anime in 2020 and gives the same vibe as that of Tokyo Revengers.

Another anime like Tokyo Revengers based on time-travel, Orange is an anime about Naho Takamiya who gets a strange letter addressed to her on the first day of high school. However, the letter is from herself- 10 years in the future!
Thinking of it as a prank, Naho forgets about the letter but as soon as she witnesses several events taking place as written in the letter, she realises that the letter was really from her old self in the future.
The letter indicates that her future life is full of regrets and pain. To correct the mistakes Naho has done in the past, she has to protect Kakeru Naruse at any cost because in the future he will not be with him.
