Chainsaw Man Voice Actors & Staff List Revealed By Studio MAPPA
One of the most hyped anime television series, Chainsaw Man is all set to make its debut in October 2022. The creator, the fans, and even the production staff; all are looking forward to this exciting project. In addition to it, the official website of the series has been updated with the new information related to Chainsaw Man voice actors and staff.
The official Twitter account of Chainsaw Man on Friday released the list of voice-acting cast and staff that will be associated in the production of the anime series. On top of that, the makers has also decided to showcase a new Chainsaw Man trailer which will feature the orginal voices of all the characters. Check out the official Chainsaw Man trailer below:

Studio MAPPA is in charge of the animation production with Ryu Nakayama helming the project as the head director. Hiroshi Seko will be the scriptwriter of the upcoming anime meanwhile, the character design of the series will be under Kazutaka Sugiyama. The anime will stream this year on Crunchyroll. The voice acting department of Chainsaw Man will be led by Kikunosuke Toya, who will voice the role of Denji. He has previously given voice to Osei Kiyoshima from Wind Boys game. All the voice actors are very new to the industry and are still making their way to the top. Below is the complete list of Chainsaw Man voice actors & actresses and their previous roles:
• Denji will be voiced by Kikunosuke Toya (also voiced, Osei Kiyoshima from Wind Boys!)
• Makima will be voiced Tomori Kusunoki (also voiced, Futuba Igarashi from My Senpai Is Annoying and Misha Necron from Misfit Of Demon King Academy)
• Aki Hayakawa will be voiced by Shogo Sakata (also voiced, Gladion from Pokémon and Carbo from Dr. Stone)
• Power will be voiced by Fairouz Ai (also voiced, Jolyne Cujoh from JoJo Stone Ocean and Valkyrie from Cautious Hero)
Chainsaw Man started serialization in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump in 2018. The first part was concluded in 2020 with the announcement that the manga will be adapted into an anime by Studio MAPPA. Currently, Chainsaw Man Part 2 is releasing weekly on Shōnen Jump+ app however, the anime is slated to premiere in October 2022.
What Is Chainsaw Man About?
Written & illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto, Chainsaw Man is a story about a teenager named Denji who has normal dreams just like ours – living a happy and peaceful life with the girl he likes. Far from reality, Denji and his pet Pochita get involved in killing devils so that he can pay off his enormous debt. But his luck runs out when he gets executed by a devil on site.
In an unexpected turn of events, Denji’s devil pet Pochita merges with his dead body which grants him the powers of a Chainsaw Devil. After acquiring the ability to transform his body parts into chainsaws, Denji uses this new skill to brutally dispatch his enemies. His heroic action catches the eyes of the strongest devil hunter, Makima.
As part of the devil hunting organization known as “Public Safety Bureau”, Makima offers Denji to work at the agency besides herself. With the enthusiasm of winning Makima’s heart and living a normal life, Denji decides to face even the toughest of enemies and stop at nothing to achieve his simple teenage dreams.
